Who are SAMLA's members?

The South Atlantic Modern Language Association (SAMLA) is comprised of scholars, teachers, and graduate students dedicated to the advancement of literary and linguistic scholarship and teaching in the modern languages. SAMLA is currently housed at Georgia State University in the heart of downtown Atlanta, Georgia. Its membership extends throughout the southeastern United States as well as across the country and around the world.

How long does SAMLA membership last?

SAMLA membership must be renewed annually. Membership begins on July 1st and ends on June 30th of each year. Forms for the coming year are typically posted in January.
