Thank you for your interest in participating in SAMLA's annual conference! Please review the following reminders before completing your registration.


Membership Requirement

Conference participants and attendees must be SAMLA members in good standing before registering for the conference. Click here for more information and links to the appropriate Membership forms.

To renew or submit a new membership form, click here. Please consider opting in to our new "Auto Renew" feature, as year-over-year membership support helps SAMLA better plan its annual budget and remain financially viable. Thank you for your continued support of our organization.

If you are an undergraduate student and need to renew your membership as an undergraduate, please click here. There is no membership fee for undergraduate students.


Cancellations & Refunds

  • All cancellation requests submitted before October 1, 2021, will receive a full refund of the conference registration fee minus a $35.00 processing fee.
  • No refunds will be granted after October 1, 2021.
